What you can expect in your new job
- You plan, manage and control projects independently to ensure their successful implementation.
- You are actively involved in projects and contribute to the continuous development of the results.
- You coordinate the customer's requirements and expectations and maintain clear, goal-oriented communication.
- You prepare steering committees professionally and support them in order to promote structured decision-making.
- You implement work packages and projects independently and always act in accordance with the interests of the customer.
What we want from you
- You communicate proactively and convincingly and have strong presentation and moderation skills.
- You work in a self-organized and self-initiated manner, whereby your pronounced economic thinking and sense of responsibility help you to manage projects efficiently and purposefully.
- You have initial knowledge of project management (classic and agile) as well as business analysis and requirements management, acquired through studies, internships or part-time work.
- You have basic knowledge of the regulatory framework in the energy industry and ideally in the electricity or gas grid sector.
- Experience in the IT environment is an advantage and makes it easier for you to work in interdisciplinary project teams.
