What you can expect in your new job

• You develop and implement innovative IT strategies that revolutionize business and IT processes and advise customers on technology trends such as AI to identify optimization potential.
• You take on temporary management positions in IT and use your expertise to strengthen teams in challenging times.
• You manage complex consulting projects from idea to implementation, plan resources, manage budgets and ensure efficient time management.
• You build long-term relationships with customers and proactively identify business opportunities to further develop our partnerships.
• You carry out market analyses, identify trends and present results to stakeholders and customers to support strategic decisions.
• You prepare presentations and workshops, conduct training sessions and communicate best practices and optimization potential to achieve our customers' goals.

What we want from you

• You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of experience in IT organization and technical consulting.
• You have analytical skills and experience in process and data analysis.
• Do you have certifications in COBIT, TOGAF, SAFe, Lean or ITIL? A plus, but not a prerequisite.
• You have leadership experience and talent development.
• You deal confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
• You have strong communication skills in German.
• You are willing to travel depending on the project requirements.
